1. Do you have a physical store?
We are an online only shop and ship orders from our New York studio.
2. Can I track the shipping of my order?
Yes, all our packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in an email as soon as we ship your order.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
After your order is shipped, most orders are delivered 3-7 business days by USPS Ground Advantage services. The delivery time may be longer during holiday time.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship domestically within the U.S.
5. I just placed an order but forgot to add something. Can I still add them to my existing order?
Absolutely! As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can send us an email and we will add the items to your cart.
6. Do you charge customs & duty fees?
Not at all. We are a U.S. company and do not charge customs & duty fees for orders shipped domestically within the U.S.
