Shipping Policy for U.S. Domestic Orders

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our New York studio. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders $35 or more is automatically applied at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Damages:
We take great care in packaging your items, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible (no dms please). Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify it.
